About the film
Tad Murphy didn't just wake up on the wrong side of the bed... He fell off. Tad thinks his day can’t get any worse when his fiancée breaks up with him, but he is going to find out otherwise. We all know what it is like to have things go wrong in our lives: car trouble, problems at work, and difficulty with relationships… But all in one day? Murphy’s Law is when anything that can go wrong will go wrong, and for Tad Murphy, things can only get worse. Filmmakers Joe and Dan Masucci have drawn from real life experience to create a hysterical look at a man’s day when his worse nightmares become reality. Murphy’s Law is about looking up the ladder of life and finding out there are more rungs below you than you realize. [22 min.]

Filmmaker Bio - Joe and Dan Masucci
The Capital Region's Guerrilla Film Makers, Joe and Dan Masucci, were voted: Best Local Filmmaker for three consecutive years in Metroland's Readers Poll (2000, 2001, 2002). Using ladders for cranes and wheelchairs for dollys, the Masucci brothers bring the look and feel of Hollywood to their movies but for rock bottom prices. For under $100 they made Murphy's Law, their award winning movie. Murphy's Law was screened at the 4th Annual Los Angeles Italian Film Awards, Chicago's Flickerings 2002 Film Showcase. It won Best Acting, Best Directing and Best Production at the 3rd Annual Ed Wood Festival and will show this July in South Dakota at the REwind Festival. Their work has been acclaimed by the media and Graceland, the Masucci Brothers fan fiction episode of The X-Files, was once one of the most downloaded films on the Internet and was screened at Sci-Fi London. Their latest flick, The Last Round, is about a game of desperate souls and has been likened to the film classic, 12 Angry Men.
