The Linda WAMC’s Performing Arts Studio announces the second annual zombie film festival: Zombie Film Feast II October 23rd through 25th at The Linda. Its back, it’s bigger, and theirs lots more brains! After last year's response to the first feast The Linda has reanimated our zombie film festival. This year includes over 10 films including the regional premier of I Sell The Dead staring starring Dominic Monaghan (Lord Of The Rings , Lost) Ron Perlman (Hell Boy , Sons of Anarchy) classics like Peter Jackson's Brain Dead and back to back remakes featuring George Ramiro’s Dawn of the Dead immediately followed by the 2004 Zack Snyder remake. This year we present The Game Crazy Zombie Slayer Video Game Vault tucked away in the actual bank vault still preserved at The Linda. Each day video gamers will have the opportunity to play the latest Zombie slayer games featuring Left 4 Dead. Over the three days gamers will compete for the top three slots and a fourth wildcard spot culminating in a final four big screen Zombie slay-off. Prizes 4 the winners, brains 4 the losers, all sponsored by Game Crazy. Saturday night the dead dance to the sounds of the local undead Zombie Bomb and 104.9 The Edge at the Zombie Prom with part of the proceeds going to support The Hellions of Troy Roller Derby team. Of course the now traditional brain eating competition returns and a special as yet unannounced gathering of the Zombies is in the works (permits to let the Zombies walk are pending “yes Zombies need permits too”). This year promises to be better than last year 'cause Dead is the new alive!
